bonjour.mu is a Mauritius-based digital directory and product discovery platform. We list businesses and may index publicly available information. We do not own or operate listed businesses unless explicitly stated.

3. Business Listings

Listings may be created using publicly available business information such as name, address, phone number, website, and social media links.

Some listings may be marked as "Unclaimed" or "Community Added." Business owners may request verification and claim their listing.

4. Accuracy of Information

We aim to maintain accurate information but do not guarantee completeness, reliability, or accuracy. Users rely on information at their own risk.

5. User Accounts

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials. Any activity under an account is the responsibility of the account holder.

6. AI-Generated Content

The Platform may use automated tools to extract, categorize, or describe product information. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies. Business owners are responsible for reviewing and approving their listing content.

7. Prohibited Use

• Publishing false, misleading, or defamatory information
• Uploading harmful or malicious content
• Scraping or harvesting data without permission
• Attempting to disrupt or compromise platform security
• Violating applicable Mauritian laws

8. Intellectual Property

All platform design, branding, and software are the property of bonjour.mu. Businesses retain ownership of materials they upload.

9. Removal and Corrections

Business owners may request corrections or removal of inaccurate listings. We reserve the right to review and process such requests within a reasonable timeframe.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. bonjour.mu is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Mauritius. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Mauritian courts.

12. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
